Ally Pockrass is an artist, art historian, and writer in New York. Her work deals with identity, especially through the lenses of feminism and Judaism. Having been a figure skater and dancer for most of her life, much of her visual art stems from the body, borrowing from mundane and choreographic movements. Much of her artistic education included academic figure drawing, and as such, figures feature predominantly in her work.

Ally accepts and welcomes any inquires and commissions. Please contact her at apockrass@gmail.com.
